Return Policy:
1. We expect our customers to treat the product with great care when they do not want to keep it.
2. We also expect our customers to pack the product in the same manner when they receive it to avoid any damages during transit while retuning back the item.
3. All returns are duly checked by our trained staff to process your refund and replacement. All accessories, attachments, original packing, manual must be returned back.
4. Please take the approval of refund and replacement from us to give you the reference number of the same, After geeting approval, resend the product back to us.
5. The refund and replacement would be refused if the manual is open, accessories are missing, original packaging is torn off or not there.
6. Misused, tampered, non faulty and third party usage items will be sent back to buyers.
7. Buyers will have to send the product back to us on his expense, FitnessWorld.in holds no responsibility in case your packet, lost, damage during transit while returning back the item.
8. Shipping charges are not refundable.
